Last August, John Redman left our service department to take a position with Horizon Hobby in Champlain Illinois. Two years ago, I asked John to come to work for us knowing that with his extensive jet experience, he would be a great asset to our company. I was able to quickly train him to service engines and he was off and running. John was also a great sales asset with his outstanding customer support. We will miss John but we also realize what a great opportunity Horizon will be for him. John also desired a different living environment for his family as well. We know he will be very successful in his new career.
Although John is working for Horizon, I am happy to announce he will continue to be our representative. In fact, he is our lead representative. John will be working as our customer’s central contact. For field support, please contact John and he will put you in touch with a local representative that can help you most effectively.
